About the Speaker
Stephanie Licata has more than two decades of leadership and management experience. She is a skilled professional coach, adult learning specialist, consultant and speaker. She has trained thousands of leaders and managers in the art and science of coaching as part of large-scale projects to develop coaching cultures within organizations.

As a practicing and certified coach, she provides coaching in a variety of settings including executive coaching, team coaching, coach skill training and 1-1 career coaching. Stephanie works with Cloverleaf to create content and courses to help coaches and consultants to integrate the dynamic assessment platform into their services.  She also currently oversees a team of 13 coaches across the globe who support over 500 entrepreneurs, many of whom are coaches and consultants, to scale their businesses online. Stephanie received her professional coaching certification from New York University, and is also certified at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a BS in counseling and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
