Social Media Forum: Basics of LinkedIn

During this month's group meeting, the forum will be discussing the Basics of LinkedIn.

After reviewing the notes from the first GCASTD Social Media Forum meeting in May (thanks to everyone who came!), Ryan and Rob have chosen "Basics of LinkedIn" as the topic for the July meeting.

Most members of the group are already members of LinkedIn, but there are few who are not, or have done very little with LinkedIn, so the forum is going to discuss some of the most popular ways to use LinkedIn as well as LinkedIn etiquette and best practices.

This meeting is HANDS ON, so if possible, please bring your laptop, tablet or smartphone so we can all use LinkedIn during the meeting.

If you have questions, thoughts about or problems with LinkedIn, please post them on LinkedIn for discussion prior to the meeting. See you on July 18th!
