ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Cheryl Becker is a Project Manager and Process Improvement and Innovation trainer at Cintas Corporation who trains Cintas partners on the tools and methodologies of lean, six sigma, innovation, and change management. She also leads and facilitates improvement projects and team building events.
A graduate from the University of Cincinnati, Cheryl has been with Cintas for over 30 years in various accounting and technology roles and has been in her current role for nine years. Prior to joining Cintas, she was with PNC Bank in Corporate Banking.
Cheryl is a Distinguished Toastmaster, has worked for the Butler County Board of Elections as an Election Official Trainer, and has presented to various student groups at Miami (Ohio) University.
