Join us for the next OD Forum meeting when the forum discusses the topic, Team Building.

“A high-performing team working together can accomplish more that all the individuals on the team working alone. To achieve this, the members need to be hitting on all cylinders. The members need to work together to value the different strengths each member brings to the team.”  From The Book of Road-Tested Activities edited by Elaine Biech (Pfeiffer Co-published with ASTD 2011)

Lisa Hughes, our forum facilitator for the evening, will walk us through an activity from the book that she developed. The activity is one that you can use to explore the ideal characteristics of teams and, as a bonus, the team identifies a development plan that will help them reach that “ideal” state. Lisa will also facilitate a conversation around Team Building Best Practices.
