Executive Coaching is a very popular and exciting branch of the coaching profession and is currently both in great demand and under great scrutiny.

This session will explore some of the opportunities, challenges, pitfalls and issues that face Executive Coaches - who have been described as the "rock stars" of the venerable coaching field.

Betsy NewmanBetsy Newman is a nationally recognized speaker, educator, author, consultant and coach with more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, career planning and executive coaching. She was Program Director for two major Federal Learning and Development contracts in Washington, D.C. and the co-author of a succession plan prepared for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in Washington. She is currently the Executive Director of SCORE in Cincinnati.
