PANELISTS:

Kerry Loeffler, Business Coach & Consultant for Talent Trust

Kerry is passionate about inspiring people to develop themselves individually, and as members of a team, to improve processes and work together to innovate new products and services. During her career, Kerry has held leadership positions in the healthcare and education industries. She is a certified behaviors, values, and TriMetrix ® HD analyst and a certified association executive. Kerry is also affiliated with two international coaching networks.

Assessment: TTI TriMetrix® HD. These reports consist of four sciences: behaviors, motivators, competencies and acumen.

Lisa Hughes, CEO of Wise Hearts Willing Spirits

Lisa works with groups (teams, staff, boards, committees, councils, partners, colleagues, clients, and associates) to improve the quality of communication and relationships for mission-focused productive work: respect difference, remove barriers, and appreciate conflict.

Assessments

  • DiSC®: provides a framework designed to measure four related styles of observable behavior: dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness. Reports include workplace, leadership, management, sales, and culture. 
  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator: identifies four preferences for how people: (1) get energy (2) take in information, (3) make decisions, (4) orient and organize themselves in the world, then explores individual and group dynamics and development.
