In this session, we'll explore how Onboarding can be leveraged as a tool to help with retention of employees- a problem we all struggle with. We will also discuss different employee populations onboarding can be applied to. Participants will walk away with an actionable plan that they can continue to customize upon return to their organization.

Seasoned Trainer & Facilitator

Adrienne DicksonAdrienne Dickson's passion for learning has fed her 20 year career in L&D. As a seasoned trainer and facilitator, Adrienne has led L&D initiatives in both the financial and manufacturing industries. She has been a classroom trainer, has led organizational change initiatives, and created Training Departments from the ground level in multiple organizations. Her impact is seen and felt in the custom programs she has created such as Onboarding, Mentoring, Leadership development, career pathing, and new hire training. In her free time,

Adrienne enjoys quiet Saturday mornings with a cappuccino, spending time with family, watching her boys play soccer, and traveling to warm places. Adrienne is also a certified Type Coach and avid supporter of the Buffalo Bills.
