In this session, we'll explore how Onboarding can be leveraged as a tool to help with retention of employees- a problem we all struggle with. We will also discuss different employee populations onboarding can be applied to. Participants will walk away with an actionable plan that they can continue to customize upon return to their organization.

Adrienne Dickson's passion for learning has fed her 20 year career in L&D. As a seasoned trainer and facilitator, Adrienne has led L&D initiatives in both the financial and manufacturing industries.
