    We have not mandated the use of any project management tools within L&D.  However some folks have used Microsoft Project and we are moving company wide to Clarizen as our project management tool of choice.  We have created in house tools using Word and Excel to manage task completions and timelines.

    I would be interested to hear more about how others manage their L&D projects. Any key project management tools, processes, software that you have found helpful? I just came across Synapse and was intrigued. Anyone have experience with this tool or others?
