Got this question from my sister in law in Columbus yesterday.  They've already run everything through their legal team.  Has anyone else run into this?  They are in the financial industry if that makes any difference.

Do you have any resources for companies who help write employment manuals. Ours has been added onto so many times we want to do a whole refresh.
