Before founding her firm, Kerry was the Vice President of Human Resources at a regional trade association for hospitals and healthcare providers, where she focused on collaborative initiatives to improve staff recruitment, retention, and education. She maintains several professional certifications including Certified Provider of MyTalentPlanner, Certified TTISI SmartRev Partner, Certified TTI TriMetrix HD Analyst including Acumen, Competencies, DISC and 12 Driving Forces, Certified Association Executive (CAE), and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP, Emeritus).
