Currently, Lindsay serves as the Associate Director of Partnerships for the AI Institute at Sinclair College. Lindsay has also worked in Learning and Development, Career Services, Adult Education, and Residence Life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Transylvania University, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Dayton, and a Certificate in Training and Facilitation from the Association for Talent Development. Additionally, she is trained in Compression Planning, Project Management Essentials, and the Lifestyles Inventory Leadership Assessment.
