In addition to her work at Leadership Excelleration, Diane founded and served as board chair of Grant Us Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to teen suicide prevention. She established the organization in 2016 and the team served more than a half million students in over 220 schools across Ohio. She has been recognized in the Top 300 Most Powerful Leaders by Cincinnati Magazine 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Diane has also received the prestigious Kent Clapp CEO Leadership Award and Pillar Award in 2022 for business and community leadership contributions. Holding a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Cincinnati, Diane brings an optimistic, nurturing, and insightful approach to her work.
