As coaches we want to meet people where they are in order to assist them in being their best. How do we help those who do not seemingly fit "the model" for success?

This months SIG features a TED Talk presented by Organizational psychologist Adam Grant. He studies "originals": thinkers who dream up new ideas and take action to put them into the world. In this talk, learn three unexpected habits of originals — including procrastination.

Join us as we explore this topic and become better coaches.
