Coaching SIG: Working your 2021 Business Plan (Part 1)

Many of us probably took some time over the holidays to reflect on the past year: What went well, what didn’t go well, and areas for business growth.

Join your peer coaches to discuss your insights and learnings from 2020 and what you want to accomplish in your business for 2021. Whether you are an internal coach in an organization or a ‘solopreneur’ it is important to have a 2021 business plan with clear goals and milestones. During the discussion, we will discuss:

• Goals
• Milestones
• Marketing your business
• Anticipated roadblocks

We ask everyone in the group to come prepared to share your 2020 insights and 2021 plans to share with your peers. In addition, we will be asking everyone to share their best practices with the group.

As a two part series, Part 2 (March 11) we will connect again to discuss what is working/what is not working with your 2021 plans and discuss additional techniques and tools to support your business goals.
