Learning Leaders SIG: Change Management

Have you heard the phrase, “Everyone just needs to get on board”? How well does that work when talking about Change Management?

Expecting everyone to get on board, the same way, at the same time and with the same positive mind set is next to impossible. In our February session we will discuss as leaders, how we can help our employees/teams determine and facilitate and individual approach to movement.

Our focus should be on teaching employees enough good thinking that they can develop their own plan and move on their own in a different way and at a different speed. We need to equip leaders to not just lead organization change, but also facilitate the capacity for both change managers and employees to deal with personal change within themselves.
