Learning Leaders SIG: How can we Maintain our Work Culture with so much Change?

January is the time for setting new goals and evaluating how we want the new year to look.  We also hope to stick to the plan we set, at least that is our intentions. The past couple of years the culture of our workplace has been under attack. How can we maintain that culture when our work environment has changed? Those that have worked remotely have not seen much change, others are not returning to the workplace, while some are working a hybrid schedule. How has this affected the culture where you work?
