About the Facilitator

Jerry Kaminski, M.Ed, CPT, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CSSGB, is the Global Learning Operations Manager at Ford Motor Company. He has over 40 years of talent development experience. His career started in the US Navy and has held positions including instructional designer, eLearning and ISD manager, and Chief Learning Officer. He is a six-time winner of ATD’s BEST award, past chairperson of the ATD Forum Advisory Group, and current member of the ATD Public Policy Committee. He is also author of two chapters of the ATD Forum book: Leading the Learning Function and TD@Work, Target Learning with Curation.
