ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Teri Cremeans has been in the Learning and Development industry for 15+ years as a Trainer, eLearning developer, Instructional Designer, and Knowledge Base Manager. Throughout her career, she has project managed learning and development projects in various industries like retail, mortgage insurance, healthcare, ecommerce, and brokerage insurance.
