Dr. Scott Dust Thanks to the release of OpenAI's ChatGPT, there has been a surge of interest in artificial intelligence (AI). AI is being leveraged across a wide variety of business settings, including leadership and development (L&D) at large, and coaching in particular.

In this session, we will talk through the basics of AI, explain how it's being leveraged in L&D and coaching, and offer recommendations for how to leverage AI in coaching. We will also allocate time for Q&A and discussion. Convener: Dr. Scott Dust
