Joshua DonathTo set ourselves up for success in our work, it is critical to effectively connect with those in leadership positions, whether our supervisor, a committee chair, etc.

Establishing an effective relationship requires understanding our own leadership style, identifying our leader’s style, and effectively employing strategies to bridge those differences. This session will guide you through each step in that process.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand four leadership styles
  • Identify your style and your leader’s style
  • Choose effective strategies for working with your leader’s style
