Learning Leaders SIG: A Learning Leaders’ Lean Coffee

How productive and engaging are your meetings? If you’re like most people, many of them leave a lot to be desired in terms of being a valuable use of our time and getting results. That is exactly what drove two Seattle IT Professionals in 2009 to develop a re-engineered meeting format they called, ‘Lean Coffee’.

Whether Lean Coffees are new to you or you’ve experienced one in the past, you’ll want to join us at the October Learning Leaders SIG when Beth Robinson, Learning Leader at Hixson, Inc. will. . .

• Overview this engaging meeting format
• Highlight how it’s been used to engage associates at her firm in deeper learning conversations
• And facilitate a Lean Coffee with our group in order for you to experience (and learn) the process
