With imposter syndrome impacting 62% of knowledge workers and 71% of CEOs, we are all likely to experience it at some point in our lives. In the recent Elevate L&D podcast episode "Mitigating Imposter Syndrome", Tina Mahle and Josh Donath explored this phenomenon and how we can become empowered to mitigate its impact on our lives.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Josh DonathJosh Donath is a Learning & Development Specialist at General Electric Credit Union. In his career he has trained employees ranging from front line workers to executive directors on topics encompassing managing others, inclusion, change management, sales, navigating conflict, and self-leadership. He particularly enjoys creating a community of learning in his trainings that equips others with the tools and confidence needed to make a difference. Josh is certified as an Associate Professional in Talent Development by ATD and is also a certified facilitator for DDI® and Everything DiSC Workplace®.

Tina MahleTina Mahle is the Director of the Staff Success Center at the University of Cincinnati and has worked there since 2018. Prior to her work in Higher Education, she spent 12 years in the field of Youth Development working in both non-profit and government organizations training adults who support youth involved in systems. Her work is grounded in principles of harm reduction, trauma informed care, and dignity – and she seeks to establish learning environments that allow for challenging our assumptions about the world around us while carving out practical strategies for making a positive difference.
