In this interactive session, participants will learn how to lead with intention by defining what they want to be known for and aligning how they show up each day. With a focus on credibility, influence, and growth, this session offers practical tools to strengthen your presence and expand your impact.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Lissa Cupp is a marketing professor at the University of Dayton and a former Chief Marketing Officer with leadership roles at Berkshire Hathaway Media Group, Angie’s List, and Scotts Miracle-Gro. She has worked with organizations across the U.S. and globally, bringing real-world experience into every session.
