About Linda Gravett, Ph.D., SPHR, CEQC
Dr. Linda Gravett, an industrial psychologist, is a business advisor, author, organizational development consultant and certified Emotional Intelligence coach who has partnered with organizations such as Williams Sonoma; Voith; Greater Cincinnati Water Works; and The Motz Group over the past 24 years, helping them leverage the talents of a diverse workforce to ensure success through periods of growth and change. 
 
Linda is the founder and senior partner of Gravett and Associates, an international Organizational Development consulting firm headquartered in Cincinnati, and President/CEO of Just the Basics, Inc., a NKY based human resource management consulting firm.  She is the author or co-author of books on generational differences, Emotional Intelligence, entrepreneurship and business ethics.   Her latest book, co-authored by Dr. John Kucia, is Leadership in Balance:  New Habits of the Mind.

Linda has a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology, an MA in Labor and Employment Relations, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting.  She is certified in Myers-Briggs and the EQ-i®, and is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She has lived and worked in Japan, Canada and Mexico and brings a multi-cultural perspective to her work and life.

To access the From Working Successfully with Gen Y and Millennials webinar on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, please follow the steps below:

1.Access JoinMe: www.joinme.com

2.In the ‘join meeting’ green box on the right, type the following code: CarolGCASTD

3.Press the green arrow

4.If the presenter has joined and you have a message to ‘knock to join’ in a small box in the upper center of your screen, ask to join by clicking the ‘knock to join’ phrase.

5.If the presenter has not joined, you will see a message to ‘wait for presenter to join.’

6.To use the Voice Over IP (VoIP) or connect to the assigned phone number, click the ‘phone’ icon in the small box in the upper center of your screen. Select the ‘Call via internet’ option if you wish to listen and talk through your computer. IF YOU ARE USING THE VoIP, YOU MUST USE A HEADSET. TALKING INTO THE COMPUTER CAUSES FEEDBACK WHICH INTERRUPTS THE WEBINAR.

7.If the VoIP connection is unclear, select the ‘phone’ icon again, deselect the VoIP option and dial the phone number assigned plus the access code assigned. A small download may be required.
