Work closely in collaboration with the manager of design, learning & performance strategists, senior instructional designer, subject matter experts (SMEs) and development teams to create effective learning solutions designed to meet business needs and produce measurable results. Write and visually design elevated leadership development programs that shape role competency for critical functions—from Category Management and Finance to emerging Technology roles—across upper management and executive levels. Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences that influence organizational capability and career pathwaysfor all facets of the company, including Retail Supermarkets, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Corporate. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
