We are maintaining virtual training at a minimum through our integration activities with BBVA.  After which we will reevaluate.  They conducted all of their training virtually prior to the pandemic so we would have the challenge of obtaining training rooms.  Also we are able to fill more classes by offering virtual classes since we can include anyone across the footprint within the same time zone.

Great question! We are evaluating on a case by case basis. There is value in maintaining ViLT as an option for some of our courses due to the lack of travel needed for our team members. There is also great value (and a lot of interest!) in returning back to the classroom for some of our sessions. With this discussion, we are also evaluating if there are portions of our content that could be built into eLearnings to create a more hybrid approach to learning. We are all about being efficient with our team members' time away from their work!

For those returning to work with a hybrid approach, how are you adjusting your training?  Prior to going remote, most of our training was live.   We've been virtual for the past year.  As we go back to a hybrid environment I'm leaning towards evaluating on a case by case basis, but keeping most trainings virtual to keep the playing field level.
